Easy check-in. Super clean, super comfy rooms. Buffet breakfast was incredible, they thought of everything to serve. They could extend the hours up to 10:30am though. They even packed up a boxed breakfast when I was leaving for my safari. The small gym they have is useful. The pool is very nice but cold. Wi-fi worked well enough but not the fastest. Location is a bit of the walk to the centre. Great service. Perfect place to start and end your safari.

Enjoyed the view in the back of the hotel of their patio and the golf course. Staff were very courteous. The facilities were very beautiful and comforting with A/C after spending 9 hot days on safaris and sleeping in tents.

Staying at Mt Meru Hotel is like staying at a little resort in the middle of Arusha city. The garden surroundings are tantalising and the restaurants are fabulous. The breakfast is excellent with wide choice of bites. I wish they could offer Lattes for free at breakfast. No idea why they sell it separately. Latte is easy to make if you have a machine. There are taxis right outside the hotel and so no need to worry about transport into town Hence it is my choice of Hotel in Arusha

It was a wonderful stay for my parents not myself. However, some hours before their arrival I was told that the booking.com had cancelled the reservation. But the hotel were able to re book for my parents.... Bravoo Mt Meru Hotel

The hotel room was very nice and comfortable and clean. The gardens are beautiful also. I walked over and looked at the pool, which looked well kept, but since there was an additional fee to use the pool we opted not to.

Rooms are comfortable, pretty big, bathroom is of good size with all amenities,, comfortable and big beds, nice view of Mt Meru and the garden, 2 restaurants, shops for last minute gifts, exllent breakfast continental buffet with lots of options for all tastes. Fast checking. Very friendly at the front desk

We loved Mount Meru Hotel! the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the hotel felt very peaceful and relaxing. the bed was very comfortable and they even decorated it for our honeymoon! we loved the overall vibe of the hotel and would definitely recommend staying here.
